“You Are Worthy! Priceless! Amazing!”
You were born worthy, priceless, amazing.
You are worthy, priceless, and amazing now.
You will always be worthy, priceless, and amazing.
Focus on the Truth. You were born worthy, priceless, and amazing. When God created you he gave you many gifts…these are only three of them. You have more. Look for them.
When you believe these things are true about you, it builds your self-confidence in your abilities and decision making. it enhances your sense of connection with others. It brings you joy and contentment. It enables resilience in believing you can accomplish and overcome many obstacles. It makes you thankful to your creator for everyone and everything in your life. It encourages and empowers you to say to yourself, “I can do this. I deserve this.”
Sometimes you may go through difficult times…you forget these facts. In case that is you today, here are three great resources to help you let go of your past hurts, your present hurts and your fear of the future hurts.
God gives us many resources to help us in life. It is interesting to me that the phrase, “Let Go and Let God” is very powerful. And when you add the Hale Dwoskin “Letting It Go” Sedona Method inviting you if you can to drop those Negative Emotions (remember only the wisdom you learned). Ahh! It might be easier to drop them than to hand them over. Dropping them means you don’t have to “hand pick” each thing. You don’t have to touch it. The Buddhist advice is not to resist your negative feelings. Sit with them. The resistance is what makes them hang around and sometimes get larger in our minds instead of flowing down the river.
The main thing in my experience is to keep busy doing things to make you feel you are accomplishing something or something that fills your love tank with gratitude. Being grateful brings you to joy, acceptance, and love.
Ways to calm your body (It also helps calm your mind.)
Take a slow deep breath in calm. Exhale negative thoughts or feelings.
1. Cross both hands over your heart.
2. Hug both arms,
3. Rub your arms.
Say out loud: I Am Worthy! I am Priceless! I am Amazing!”
Please share your thoughts with me. I enjoy hearing from you.

A good reminder for those days you’re feeling sad, dejected, or rejected. Thanks!
Dear Melanie,
Thank you for writing. It is always good to hear from you. There’s so many negative things going on around us. I agree with you that it does seem helpful to have a set of core beliefs to keep us going when we feel sad dejected, or rejected.

Joan, here is a quotation I found when I did a search:
The statement “beautifully and wonderfully made” comes from the Bible, specifically Psalm 139:14, which says, “I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well”. The phrase highlights the belief that each person is a unique, intricately created, and valuable individual, formed with care and purpose by God. The word “fearfully” here refers to awe and respect, not fear, emphasizing the profound and astonishing nature of this creation.
Dear Linda,
Thank you for writing. Wow what a great scripture you shared telling us that we are born beautifully and wonderfully made! Thank you, God! Yay for us!!! Thank you, Linda.

AMen, Linda! The Lord has made us priceless. And think, He died for us!
Dear Carol,
Thank you for sending a reply to India’s comment. That is so sweet. You are right. It is wonderful to think that God created us priceless and that Jesus, the Son of God died on the cross for us.

Psalm 139:14
New International Version
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
Dear Linda,
Thank you for writing. Thank you for sharing yet. Another scripture that says we were born fearfully and wonderfully made.
It is a good mantra to say every day to help. Keep the negatives away, right? Do something fun for you.

Thank you, Joan. I needed to read this.
Last night I was thinking–“I can’t write–I never write–I’ve stopped writing–what’s the use–I’ll never write anything good–I’ll never write anything someone else would want to read.”
All negative thoughts.
But I know I can write. I have written. I have had poems published. I love just writing. And I do have stories in my mind–that are begging to be put down on paper!
Thanks for the encouragement!
Dear Martha,
Thank you for writing. It is really good to hear from you. Oh my goodness. I understand how sad those negative thoughts make you feel. I am glad that the reminder that you are worthy, priceless, and amazing helped you rebuild your feelings so you can take action and write and fill your heart with joy!!!
