“Celebrate 10 Years of Blogging with Me!” Joan Y. Edwards
It’s amazing. I didn’t know what to write when I first started my blog on October 9, 2009. I knew I wanted to write posts to keep you, my readers, from giving up. Primarily, I am a child of God. So I write to inspire you to believe in yourself. Next, I am a writer, I focus on writing posts to help you as a writer understand the publishing process and ways to market what you write. I illustrate a little, so I added a few posts for illustrators.
Last year, I lost about 300 subscribers when I moved my blog to my website from WordPress.com/. That made me very sad. However, I like that one link https://www.joanyedwards.com will get everyone to my website, books, and blog. If you’re not receiving an email when I publish a new blog post, I would be honored if you’d subscribe.
I started out with 25 visitors a month. Now I have over 1,000 visitors a month. Visitors have viewed a post of mine over 700,000 times in 10 years! Isn’t that awesome! You’re a part of that. Thank you.
