Faith Heals

The woman said, "If I but touch his clothes, I shall be cured."

Jesus said to the man with the sick daughter, "Do not be afraid; just have faith."

In another parable, four friends brought their friend who was paralyzed to Jesus to be healed.  They believed, therefore, Jesus cured him.  He told him, “Take up your mat and walk.”  In today’s Gospel two people showed Jesus they had strong faith in his power to heal them.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.  Amen.
